How long does shipping take?

We ship UPS Ground from Virginia Beach. Most domestic orders arrive within 5 business days.

Why does the wood look different in every photo?

The frames are real reclaimed hardwood. Grain and color vary from piece to piece. The mix in every case is part of the product, not a flaw.

Can I pick a specific wood species?

Yes. A customer can request a specific species. It adds cost. Email us before you order and we will quote it.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. If you need an international shipment, email us and we will look at the case.

Can I order a case for my restaurant?

Yes. Anyone can order a case. A case is 45 frames and 45 panels, and there is a case discount. Email us for current case pricing.

Is Cantro affiliated with The Melting Pot?

Cantro is not affiliated with the Melting Pot Corporation. The reclaimed wood picture frame was designed by the owner of a Melting Pot franchise in Virginia Beach, who wanted a better branded retail product. The frame fits The Melting Pot's needs. It is sold as a general restaurant frame and can be customized for other restaurants.

Can I order a custom frame for my own restaurant?

Yes. We can engrave another restaurant's name on the same frame. Custom orders have minimum order quantities based on the level of customization. Email us with the details and we will quote it.
