Terms of Use
Cantro is a small operation based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, owned and operated by Carson Holder. These Terms cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use cantro.com or place an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
What we sell
Cantro designs and manufactures custom retail merchandise for restaurants and shops. Our flagship product is a reclaimed wood picture frame, a two-part frame consisting of a reclaimed wood base and an ultra-clear plastic 4×6 picture panel. The wood is reclaimed hardwood and varies naturally in species, color, and grain. Each base is unique. We do not guarantee a specific wood type, color, or appearance for any individual unit. Variation is intentional and disclosed.
Pricing and orders
- Retail price: $14.95 per frame.
- Wholesale: Available for restaurants and resellers. Pricing on request — contact us by email or phone.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
- We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, shipping address issues, pricing errors, or misuse of a wholesale code. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment in full.
Wholesale code use
Wholesale codes are provided to verified wholesale customers for their own use only. Sharing them with non-customers, posting them publicly, or using them for personal purchases unrelated to the customer's restaurant or business operations is not permitted. We may void any order placed with a misused code and revoke access to the code.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
Site content and intellectual property
The Cantro name, wordmark, and site content (text, images, design, layout) are owned by Cantro / Carson Holder. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.
"The Melting Pot" is a registered trademark of its respective owner. References to it on this site identify a product made for Melting Pot franchise use and do not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the trademark owner unless we say so explicitly.
What you agree not to do
- Use the site for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content at scale without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity when placing an order.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Cantro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Where the law gives you non-waivable warranties (for example, certain consumer-protection rights under the laws of your state), those apply regardless of the above.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cantro's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or any order placed through it will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Cantro from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms or any law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top, and your continued use of the site after the change means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
